Advanced Techniques

Joh Jarvis offers a range of advanced techniques which enhance your meditation practice.

None of them is necessary, but all have the capacity and potential to supercharge your experience.

The techniques are:

Breath work - alternative nostril breathing (pranyama)

Rounding - a series of stretches (asanas) , plus breathwork, plus 20 minutes meditation.

Advanced mantra - advanced mantras are available after practicing meditation for a year.
