Join one course:
Course one: Dec 4-7; 6pm (except session one)
Course two: Dec 7-10; 11am (except session one)
Each session is 60-90 minutes except for session one which is 60 minutes, one-to-one. The second, third and fourth sessions are 90 minutes in a group setting. Eight people maximum per group.
