Vedic Meditation is different from the meditation you may have learned at yoga, via an app, or in a mindfulness course, as useful as those practices may be. You can read more here.
Each session is 60-90 minutes except for session one which is 60 minutes, one-to-one. The second, third and fourth sessions are 90 minutes in a group setting. Eight people maximum per group.
