4Days4Life in Syd+Melb
The 4Days4Life course in Vedic Meditation teaches you to be self-sufficient with a daily meditation practice in just four 90-minute sessions, over four consecutive days.
The technique is different from mindfulness training, or what may have learned at a yoga class or via an app.
