The Midtown Meditation will be holding regular urban retreats for meditators who want to deepen and expand their practice. It's a chance to take a day out of the busy-ness of life and do some hard-core self care. The retreats will be conducted from 11 am - 3pm on Saturdays.

You will learn a series of stretching and breathing exercises which accompany your meditation practice called "rounding". Lunch will be served.
