Joh Jarvis Meditation
The 4 Days 4 Life meditation course comprises four 60-90 minute sessions over four days.
The meditation technique you’ll learn is practiced for 20 minutes twice a day with eyes closed while sitting comfortably. Meditators are introduced to a sound, known as a mantra, to take their mind deeper leading to deep rest and relaxation. Anyone can do this meditation.
